This wasn’t my first time planning and managing a Grand Opening of a studio, and it will not be my last. But September 15th, 2018 will be a day I will always remember with pride and satisfaction.

For all intents and purposes, the day went off without a hitch. Yes, there was an issue with the temperature… it was a SUPER hot day and our studio was PACKED with people! But the heat didn’t seem to phase anybody as new and experienced dancers alike participated in workshop after workshop.

The energy was high the entire day as Tiffany and I taught 6 different beginner level workshops. So many people walked through the doors and each and every one of them had a huge smile on their face! It was the first time I ever taught with Tiffany, and I have to tell you, it was a true pleasure and I look forward to having her as part of our team when she is able to visit from Birmingham.

I am so excited to ride the momentum we started with this event and look forward to bringing social dance culture to Pace and Milton! We are proud to be part of this wonderful community and believe wholeheartedly in its potential as we spearhead the initiative to make social partner dancing a staple activity in the area. And we couldn’t have chosen a better location as Heritage Plaza has become a hotbed of education of the arts! Dance, Martial Arts, and Music Education… What a team we will make with Pace Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Milton/Pace Music Academy!
